岗位职责：

1、 根据公司发展战略，明确销售目标；进行目标分解，帮助团队成员明确销售目标。

2、 建立并不断完善财富管理业务系统，梳理业务流程并进行管控，完善团队管理制度、绩效考核制度。

3、 负责策划产品推广方案，研究市场情况，收集市场信息，制定销售策略，并指导团队开展日常工作。

4、 财富管理团队组建和管理。

5、 部门内部和外部沟通、协调。

 

任职要求：

1、8年以上工作经验，6年以上金融行业工作经验，3年以上高端客户销售团队管理经验。

2、具有银行私人银行、基金、证券、信托、保险等金融产品的高端客户开发维护经验。

3、优秀的领导力，丰富的销售团队管理经验，擅长管理和激励团队。

4、熟悉国内同业发展状况，有丰富的产品知识，了解市场发展变化情况。
