岗位职责：
• Be the lead of data management and data governance activities for Wholesale Credit and Market Risk.
• Establish governance across various data management initiatives and shape the data standards, policies and methodologies that are aligned with Group Data Strategy.
• Develop data tools and templates for business needs and comply with policies and requirement.
• Lead, develop and motivate the leadership team to attract, retain and develop the capacity, capability and talent to provide for succession and ensure delivery of business objectives.
• Set expectations, share best practice and manage, monitor, coach and develop team leaders and others to ensure that they maximise their performance, meet the required standards, and continuously develop their capabilities and experience.
• Lead and encourage constructive cross-country and cross-business teamwork by demonstrating collaboration and matrix management in action and challenging actions and behaviours that are not consistent with HSBC's diversity policy and/or the best interests of the business and its customers
• Work with risk teams and the data management teams to align the overall HACN, HASE and HSBC vision, values and goals on data management activities.
• Define data quality rules and develop standards for data capture and data issue management
• Ensure relevant control measures are undertaken to minimize operational and compliance risk exposure
• Assist line manager to fulfill other necessary work assignment, e.g. IFRS9 project.

任职要求：
• Over 8-10 years of banking experience with good knowledge of business and operations
• Strong awareness of regulatory requirements for Financial Services industry
• Understand basic market risk factors, i.e VAR, and products like IRS/FWD
• Excellent business communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, particularly in English
• Strong business analysis and problem solving skills are essential
• Well-developed influencing skills are essential
• Ability to build connections, promote ideas and work collaboratively across all levels of seniority and across boundaries
• Well organized with excellent time management skills
• Self-motivated, focused, detailed oriented and able to work efficiently to deadlines are essential. Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy.
• Confident, articulate and have a high degree of personal integrity
