Job Responsibilities:

1. New project development (DFM, tooling process progress, new sample submission etc.)新项目开发（DFM，模具加工进度，新样品提交等）
2. Plastic /rubber keypad quality control塑胶品质管控
3. Metal products quality control 五金件品质管控
4. Quality system improvement 品质改善
5. Tooling quality control 模具品质管控
6. Injection molding process control 注塑成型过程管控
7. Arrange to inspect tool once tool is qualified by customer and transfer it to Wattera

1. Deal with quality issue for HWSZ 处理客户投诉等

. Position Requirements:

• MUST have 4 years of plastic Project Experience 需具备4年或以上塑胶项目经验
• Familiar with injection mold design and structure. 熟悉注塑成型设计和结构
• Familiar with mold processing technology and plastic/metal part quality control process.熟悉模具加工技术和塑胶件、五金件品质管控流程
• Understand all kinds of processing equipment and processing method of machining.理解各类设备和机械加工方法
• Understanding the rationality of processing. 理解加工的合理性
• Familiar with various engineering plastic material characteristics. 理解各类工程塑料材料特性
• Understand the ISO quality management system. 理解ISO质量管理体系
• Skillful using Office, AutoCad, etc general software熟练使用Office, AutoCad等软件.
• Proficient in using one of the software like UG, Solidworks and Pro/E. 熟练使用UG, Solidworks and Pro/E软件
• Good command of spoken and written English. 具备书面及口语英语能力
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. 能阅读且翻译安全规则、操作及维修保养说明文件
• High degree of honesty, ethics and integrity 具备诚实、正直的品质

• Good team cooperation spirit, positive and optimistic attitude. 具备团队精神，积极乐观的工作态度
• Understand well of six sigma and scientific molding technology.理解6 sigma和科学的模具技术知识
