Job Description:

1. Direct sales responsibility for assigned area(s) / customer(s), including customer acquisition, order processing and after sales support;

2. Develop sales area strategy, annual plan and short term sales tactics;

3. Develop and grow new key accounts;

4. Provide support to cross-regional business initiatives and projects;

5. Work with cross functional teams to develop comprehensive solutions to address business opportunities

6. To be able to negotiate with customers and effectively close business deals;

7. Work with the marketing, engineering, and proposal teams to develop appropriate solutions and tenders to best meet the customer's requirements

8. Maintain and develop long term customer relationships within the assigned territory, acting at all times to maintain and enhance the company's reputation in the marketplace;

9. Perform related duties as assigned by the company

Qualification required

1. Bachelor's degree as minimum, higher degrees preferred

2. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales practice with proven record

3. Overseas/aviation education background and working experience preferred

4. Experience in high-end public relations preferred

5. Able to perform in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure

6. Dynamic & out-going

7. Responsible, meticulous, motivated, Customer-centric and independent

8. Able to learn fast and work well in a team

9. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

10. Must be proficient in MS Office to prepare sales presentation, quotation and proposal and in email communications

11. Proficient oral and written English skills

12. Long term career minded
