Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Drives the achievement/overachievement of order and sales targets in Region
- Supervises sales management activities and coordinates the efforts of the sales team, as well as the associated partners in the (regional) entities.
- Develops growth plans for entire business unit and/or sales channels to maximize business potential and profitability
- Provides accurate forecasts on orders and revenue and ensures funnel is effectively managed
- Supervises the development and execution of sales strategy and Priority Account Plans, alternatively
- Marketing Plans in region, including resource planning
- Maintains and develops contacts and relationships with key/strategic customers on appropriate management levels
- Assists in positioning and negotiating strategic sales orders with customers
- Reports on sales activities, together with Sales Director (commercial) for the region, in accordance with internal guidelines


Your qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor degree or above.
- Minimum 5 years working experience on X-ray product, minimum 3 years sales related experience, working in multinational company is preferred.
- Good business sense for Healthcare business and very good selling skill with Healthcare business
- Excellent leadership with education and training to enhance the team selling power. 
- Good at communication skill both internally and externally with customers. In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated. Good understanding in the high-End post processing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill in English
