Hitalk是隶属于沪江集团下的成人英语口语品牌。依托沪江悠久的互联网教育行业经验，Hitalk打造了适合成人的英语口语课程。提供1000+实景演练主题，1对1在线外教分饰角色演练，专业资质达人外教、智能调整学习方案、翻转课堂玩转学练习测、专属督导等服务。

职位描述：

1.自行开放上课时间，学员自主约课，根据课程安排，通过沪江授课软件在线1对1语音教授成人生活&商务口语课程；

2.上课后在指定平台填写上课反馈；

3.及时反馈学员合理需求和建议，并能依据沪江和学员要求进行课程优化。

任职要求:

1、本科及以上，英语专八或同等水平及以上，英语发音标准、口语表达流利；

2.责任心强、亲和力佳、沟通能力强，擅长营造良好互动氛围，有成人教学经验者优先；

3.授课时间：8:00-24:00,可提前两周开放上课时间,可在晚间稳定授课者优先。

4.熟悉电脑基本操作；且网络需为电信、移动、联通之一。

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct high quality 1V1 online audio classes on CCTalk;

2. Submit feedback after classes as required;

3. Give timely and reasonable suggestions to enhance students’ learning experience and help to optimize the effect of the curriculum；

4. Experience in teaching adults and familiarity with teaching business English are preferred.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above;

2. TEM-8 certificate;

3. Standard pronunciation;

4. Excellent interpersonal communication skills .Responsible, energetic and easygoing；

5. Work time: 8:00-24:00. Priority will be given to those who can give lessons at night.
