1. 职位概述（Job Summary）

   Responsible to operate OBIRCH equipment to support SFAB PIE request (MOSFET and other BUs in Diodes ) to identify the Failure location and report out the result to FAB PIE.

2. 职责（Responsibilities）

   1. To master the OBIRCH equipment operation and use the equipment to support fault allocation to support Fab business;

   2. To use the knowledge to creative the faster and better solution to improve the FA/FI capability;

   3. To work with OBIRCH vendor to support on the equipment maintaining and trouble shooting;

   4. Understand the device structure through X-platform learning and gain the knowledge of the device structure and the other electrical testing by using the Semiconductor testers.

   5. Communication with different sites with in Diodes for OBIRCH and basic FA process.

3. 任职资格（Qualifications）

1. 教育背景（Education）

Bachelor degree or above in electronics engineering preferred and semiconductor device related or Physics are preferred. If the candidate has the related experience in the semiconductor industry are welcome.

2. 工作经验（Work experience）

No limitation if the candidate is RCG (recently graduated from College) and for non RCG, >1 year working experience in FAB FA is preferred.

3. 知识和技能（Knowledge and Skills）

1. Master on Semiconductor Physics and Semiconductor Device;

2. Quick learner on fab process , basic test methodology, and Product Failure analysis basics;

3. Be good at data mining skills and logical thinking;

4. Excellent in written and verbal communication skills
