Your scope of resposibility

1. Contact person for our customers, RSPs and sales representatives
2. Processing of quotes, orders, invoices and administration of customer data including discounts
3. Coordination of running supplies and orders of spare parts with local logistic specialist
4. Address management of installed base
5. Financial claims and credit management
6. Support of unit installation, coordinate and communicate between RSM and RSP via Servicecall.
7. Support of technical activities, such as training etc.

                                

    

Your professional profile

1. Work experience in a comparable position
2. Experience in dealing with RSP/distributor network
3. Enthusiastic and professional phone manner and positive attitude when dealing with customers
4. Selling and relationship-building skills paired with the ability to convince others
5. Comfortable in an international environment
6. Outstanding team skills paired with an entrepreneurial attitude
7. Average in written and spoken English
8. Computer literacy, good knowledge in SAP and experience with CRM systems
