Job Description:

- Plan documentation for new products working together with design, test, manufacturing, quality and service engineers.

- Write up technical documentation, including datasheets, installation guides, mounting guides, etc.

- Compile comprehensive documents regarding content, text, and graphics.

- Support global sales and project management teams on documentation requirements.

- Maintenance of the product documents on shared services such as SharePoint, on local server, and on website.

- Benchmark and review documentation quality against competitions.

- Review the product documentation processes and improve workflows.

- Support technical documentation on customized products and systems.

- Support and maintain product information automation for corporate databases.

Job Requirement:

- At least 3 years of Technical Communication / Technical Writing.

- Excellent communication skills

- Good knowledge of MS Office.

- Exceptional Chinese and English skills, speaking and writing. Near native.

- Experience with global markets and customers (EU, USA) is preferable.

- Familiar with electronic manufacturing industry is preferable
