合同：与西班牙该银行先签订一年合同，暂不确定延续与否

工作内容

Provide legal and transactional support to our Bank particularly our branches in China and to deal with these new products and new initiatives, including but not limited to:

1.pipeline cash management business, i.e. RMB deposits initiatives in China

2.confirming (supply chain finance)

3.new trade finance products

4.Growing global market business, i.e. derivative transactions under NAFMII or ISDA, FX spot transactions, reciprocal funding business and other new interbank business;

5.Outbound project finance targeting PRC clients.

6.Assisting the legal team in Asia particularly in China with a special focus on the matters set out above.

应聘条件

1~2年法律工作经验，有银行背景优先；法学专业应届生优秀的也可；参加过司法考试

1.- Bachelor/Master of Law or other related subject, China legal qualification is a plus

2.- Proficiency in both Chinese and English

3.- Able to work independently under the supervision of his/her line manager

4.- Able to provide insight into a variety of legal issues and to conduct clear and methodical legal research

5.- Strong negotiation and organizational skills

6.- Strong work ethic and self-initiative & Strong interpersonal skills
