Primary Responsibilities

一.Lead and execute segment marketing strategy

1. Lead and execute segment business development plan. Identify key areas of short-term and long-term business growth.
2. Accumulate segment know-how and ability to effectively articulate value proposition across all products lines for sustainable business performance. Build typical reference and provide sales tools and training to business department.
3. Active contributions to new product research and promote.

二.Regional segment marketing business development

1. Lead regional segment development with marketing strategy, segment abilities improvement, key account development and etc.
2. Active contributions to key project support.

三.Brand awareness in specific segment

1. Raise brand awareness and market position with marketing campaigns. This includes e-marketing, seminars, segment summit, exhibitions, AD and etc.
2. Regular communication with global segment marketing manager and drive global marketing materials localization

Qualifications Required

1. Bachelor degree or above, marketing management or math statistics is highly desirable
2. At least 2 years working experience in marketing, industry analysis is highly desirable.
3. Equipment manufacture background, familiar with food or pharma industry is highly desirable.
4. Strong skills of MS office software, such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Sharepoint etc.
5. Strong oral and written English skills, CET6 or above is highly desirable.
6. Ability to analyze business data by using Access, BI report or other tools.
