职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Fully responsible for the business profit and loss of Corporate Finance Team.
2. Independently handle the mandate from client, thorough and in depth communication with clients to understand visible and invisible information about the client and the position.
3. Personally handle executive level hiring positions or strategic hiring.
4. Responsible for the team manpower planning, operation management, performance review, and people development of all team member including team shared researcher, dedicated researcher, associate consultant and main contributor.
5. Design and implement business development and marketing strategies that are consistent with company position and corporate objectives.
6. Develop and maintain good business relationships with clients within the assigned field.
7. Develop and maintain most effective business relationship with other practice team in the company, including RPO business, to achieve the target of co-growing.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor or above degrees in accounting or equivalent professional, MBA preferred;
2. At least 6 or more years working experience in Finance & Accounting, sales marketing and headhunting experience preferred, with excellent performance;
3. Supervise a small team to achieve monthly, quarterly and annually target;
4. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, like to make cold calls to unknown people;
5. Strong business sense, enough to self-motivated to drive the business with all approaches of team management, business development and business planning.
6. Desire and ambition to business success, able to influence, manage and work collaboratively with cross business teams and geographies, strong business sense;
7. Able to handle rejections, willing to face challenges and able to work under pressure;
8. Good English in both written & spoken, skillful in computer operation.
