Job Summary – A professional with 10-15 years of experience in Quality department of a Tool Room. Well versed in IATF standards. Responsible for implementing Quality culture. Implementing systems and process as per standards. Should have good understanding of Engineering Drawings and be able to handle CAD data. Should drive SOP driven manufacturing processes across the Tool Room. Closure of CAPA and periodic reports to Management. Maintain Calibrations records of all Machines and Equipment

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Quality department efficiently
• Responsible for inspection of mold elements, molded parts etc.
• Responsible for implementation of Quality systems and procedures
• Lead IATF certification process
• Conduct RCA, CAPA for all non-conformities and review periodically
• Maintain Records and Reports
• Conduct calibration of all Machines and Equipment as per plan
• Conduct CP/CPK analysis
• Conduct TGR/TGW study for all major projects.

Position Requirements:

• A Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Tool Engineering with 10-15 years of experience
• Proficiency in Quality function
• Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt
• Working knowledge of ERP system
• Knowledgeable in various machining and Heat-Treatment processes
• Conversant with MS-Office tools
• Ability to make presentations and reports to management as required
• Able to travel overseas
