Technical Support Engineer - 产品技术工程师

Basic qualifications

 · University graduate with Engineering degree (materials, mechanical and/or industrial production preferred)

·3 to 5 years Relevant Industry Experience is desired (experience with R&D, Design in OEM production and/or significant experience with hardware and fasteners

 · Native Mandarin Speaker also highly fluent in both written and spoken English

 · Ability to work in a team environment, open minded, and highly social

 · Excellent planning, organization and project management

 · Responsible, self-disciplined, and good time management

 · Strong Desire to Win...a must!

 · Willing to travel on a frequent basis (Driver’s license a plus)

 · Skilled in Microsoft applications as well as other engineering/drawing related software

 ·Understanding of QMS such as ISO, TS etc.

  Job Description

·Working as a Full-Time Engineer, you will use your technical knowledge to work directly with Fastenal's sales and branch teams to help develop, sell, and implement new opportunities Additionally, you will be the primary engineering resource for your geographic territory

·You will provide exceptional technical support both internally and externally, which will include but not limit to: support our local and Strategic sales and operations teams to technically serve our customers, to maintain relationships with our customer’s engineering/technical staff as well as assist in customer product design by providing technical support.

·Identifying opportunities for product changes or substitutions that result in improved function and/or cost savings.

·Troubleshooting, Failure and root cause analysis with production application, material and manufacturing processes.

 · Support Sales and customers with product standards such as DIN, ISO, ANSI, ASME, SAE, GB, JIS etc;

 ·Ability to perform Technical training for customers, engineering team members and other departments in China.

·This position will report directly to the Engineering Manager based in Shanghai.
