主要责任：

-执行监控、维护和保养设施、电气、办公设备服务

-后续项目和维护工作

-准备事故报告

-监督办公设施和设备的维护和维修；

-支持设施、行政和环境健康安全工作。

-进行5S管理，包括办公区布置和标识。

-负责办公室消防系统的正常运行和维护，确保系统的有效性，符合消防规范和FM要求。

-上级交办的其他工作等

要求：

-机电工程或电子信息专业，大专以上学历；

-设施系统和工程的原理和相关工作经验；（5年以上相关工作经验）

-熟练使用Office Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Auto CAD等。

-良好的英语能力

Job description:

-Perform monitoring, maintenance and upkeep facilities, electrical, office equipment services - Follow up project and maintenance works

- Prepare incident reports - Supervise maintenance and repair of office facilities and equipment;

- Support facility & Admin and EHS work.

Requirements:

- Knowledge of the principal and practices of Facility systems and Engineering

- Skill in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
