工作内容和职责：

1. 面向用户接收客户ERP中遇到的问题
2. 对接相关问题处理小组
3. 问题整理汇总并持续跟进
4. 系统监控，故障排查和解决
5. 系统性能分析和优化，监控阈值优化
6. 周期性总结汇报和巡检

                            

    

技能要求：

1. 本科及以上学历
2. 1-2年IT类工作经验
3. 乐于沟通， 有良好的问题处理能力
4. 有认真负责的工作态度和良好的团队意识
5. 有做过一线Helpdesk 工作经验为佳
6. 有ERP、SAP/basis 经验为佳
