Specific Duties and Responsibilities of the Job： ？ 

• Develop and manage the leverage tools (i.e. Product Visibility Tool (PVT), Leverage SharePoint, etc.) to support the facilitation of leverage & alignment across the markets, including but not limited to buy trip planning, buy trip calendar, buy trip recap and supplier matrix  ？ 
• KPI report set up for leverage measurement, and progress tracking, drive for better result ？ 
• Collect of monthly success stories, update & maintain of innovation corner for International Sourcing team, share best practice with other sourcing teams ？ 
• Collaborate with Buyer Connect team for database leverage ？ 
• To assist in planning, organizing and managing company events (i.e. Supplier Conference, Toys Summit, etc.) ？ Provide guidance for Operations Specialist, to support Intl sourcing  ？ 
• Support Ad-hoc projects as designated

• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines and keep them on track  ？ 
• Well organized, strong attention to detail, with good integrity and ethics ？ 
• Team player with ability to work with associates from different cultures (across diff. market / hub and levels of the organization), sound negotiation and problem solving skills ？ 
• Excellent analytical, problem solving skills, flexible and able to work under pressure  ？ 
• Strong communication and presentation skills ？ 
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese ？ 
• Proficiency in MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ？ 
• Basic understanding of sourcing/merchandising process, knowledge on supply chain will be an advantage
