1.Execute and drive HR Strategy and Policy at the local office, operate all routine HR related process effectively.Maintain Human Resources Information System.Prepare yearly and quarterly HR budget.

2. Work closely and offer HR and ADM supports to Line managers to maintain positive and harmonious working environment.

3.Responsible for Local recruitment and ensure right person is hired at the right time and for the right position.

4.Work closely and receive supports from Fesco agency on Compensation and Benefits, Provide local employee counseling services on a variety of work and labor related issues

5.Assist in performance management process according to HR strategy,

任职资格:

1.Bachelor degree; major in HR or related field

2.Minimum 2 years experience in HR function, recruiting and C&B related experience is preferred;

3.Good English reading/writing/speaking skills, fluency oral English;

4.Able to work independently, better statistical, analysis abilities, and a strong ability to deal with various problems;

5.Self-motivated, quick learner and ability to problem-solve and make decisions with minimal supervision, able to withstand strong work pressure and with others;

6.Good coordination and planning skills. Strong communication skills.

7.Strong PC skills include: Windows, MS office

8.Strong work ethic, positive attitude, ability to work collaboratively in team environment
