• Quality Control
• Product development follow up (sample review and inspect, MSOP preparing, standard align with customer or OEM factory)
• Production control and production follow-up
• Create limit samples
• Perform tests (transit test, reliability, functions etc.)
• Review test results with 3rdparty lab
• Inspections
• Coordinate with factories and IPA Project Managers. Get needed info (documents, samples and etc.) faster.
• Improve and review factories production method and process. Provide comments and suggestions to improve efficiency and reduce production loss. 
•  Perform inspections and tests on finished products per the Critical To Quality documents.
•  Identify and troubleshoot QA/QC issues while confidently recommending solutions.
•  Write and submit timely reports.
•  Compile and maintain meticulous records.
•  Analyze and improve quality control operating procedures.
•  Review, analyze and supply vendor internal quality control data.
•  Monitor testing procedures to ensure that all tests are performed according to established protocols.
•  Report and investigate adverse test results.
•  Interpret test results and compare them to established specifications.
•  Evaluate vendor production and production lines. Anticipate issues and recommend corrective action.
•  Ensure that lab cleanliness and safety standards are maintained.
•  Team work requared

Requirements:

• College degree with engineering background
• Good English with good writing and reading skill
• At least 3 years quality control or quality assurance experiences in plastic, metal or fabric products, and be familiar with the production process and related technology
• Strong problem solving skills, be familiar with 8D report, 5 why analysis
• Have knowledge with ISO9001 quality standard with practice experience.
• Good communication skill.
