Specific Responsibilities

• Manage factory shipments on time delivery based on supply plan.
• Manage in transit shipments and meet on time arrival target at reginal distribution center or direct customer destinations. Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of all logistics data in company system.
• Manage the daily operational relationship with 3PL and global forwarders to solve the daily operational issues.
• Day to day management with 3PL to ensure on time delivery of components to CM warehouse.
• Support on the new cost effective model implementation for components by leveraging the process improvements from cross functional teams.
• Support program team on samples delivery tracking and provide the instruction on the sample return to CMs from China team.
• Responsible for China return centers inventory and warehouse management by working with global RMA team. Ensure the RMA returns from global RMA center to China RMA warehouse and coordinate with factory program team on the repair planning.
• Be responsible to provide all RMA related data to GFR& accounting team based on requests.
• Responsible for collecting and analyzing the monthly performance report for logistics partners.
• Managing all inbound shipments to China distribution center.
• Actively involved in any stock taking activities request from finance team.

Required experience:

An ideal candidate for Logistics coordinator role will have the following skills and experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years experiences of logistics or supply chain operations in manufacturing industry or global companies.
• Good experience on working with global forwarders or 3PL.
• Basic understanding for supply chain order fulfillment, transportation, customer service process.
• Good understanding of China policies and regulations in importation/exportation and distribution
• Demonstrated ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Very skilled computer operation with MS office.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree and minimum 3-5 years experiences in logistics, warehouse or supply chain operations.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) in both English and Mandarin, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
• Strong skills on problems solving
• Strong PC skills required
• Good experience on ERP system
