About the company:
Our client is a leading company specialized in consumer products, developing and growing rapidly.
Main responsibilities:
· Manage and support the assessment of organizational needs and the design, development and implementation of initiatives in support of the company's strategic objectives (to incorporate overall talent skills, organizational capabilities, succession development, performance / potential development, culture and employee engagement, employee life-cycle, etc);
· Monitor and evaluate training program's effectiveness, success and ROI periodically;
· Develop, implement and maintain a measuring system for training satisfaction, and report the results;
· Support and implement strategy of the company’s people development. Identify high potential talents of the company and develop the talents for company business strategy;
· Improve training system, optimize training course system, manage well the training resources; cooperate well with global HR for people development. Lead well the training team and develop the team members;
· Cooperate with divisional training coordinators, and manage vendors.
Main requirements:
· Bachelor or master degree;
· Fluent Oral and Written English;
· 5 year above Experience in MNC on people development;
· Good communication skill and program driving ability.
