Job Description:

1.    Get the PO confirmation from the suppliers timely after the Pos are released.  

2.    Work with the suppliers to submit bookings on time.

3.    Coordinate with the suppliers and provide the consolidation plans for approval.

4.    Follow up with the suppliers to make sure on-time delivery and correct shipping documents provided.

5.    Keep monitoring the shipment schedule and shipment status.

6.    Keep records and check the container loading reports provided by the suppliers.  

7.    Handle the direct import shipments and prepare the shipping documents to meet all the requirements on the customers’ shipping guideline.

8.    Daily communications with US/UK office, the forwarders and the suppliers for any inquiry/issue related to shipment arrangements.

Requirements / Qualifications,

1. College Degree or above

2. Be familiar with the whole export shipping operations

3. With the ability to work independently

4. Proficient in both written and spoken English

5. At least 5 years’ working experience in a trading company or a forwarder company

6. Good communication skills and be responsible

7. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
