岗位职责：
• To assist the Head of Consumer Assets Business in formulating and implementing the product, delivery and marketing strategies for Consumer Assets business, leading Sales Support Team on Consumer Assets business capture in respective cities so as to enlarge the market share and to facilitate the bank achieving Consumer Assets business target;
• To assist Head of Consumer Assets to manage and standardize overall sales process and sales performance. Liaising with Sales Team members/outlet colleagues and external channels to resolve their requirement, facilitating strategies for Consumer Assets business so as to enlarge the market share and to facilitate the bank achieving consumer assets business targets;
• Lead sales management team to work with consumer assets sales team and 3rd party entity to deliver best services and customer experiences
• Ensure compliance of sales activities with relevant group guidelines and external laws and regulations imposed by relevant regulators.
• Constantly evaluate and monitor the operational efficiency of consumer assets sales team and recommending corresponding actions / measures for enhancement.

任职要求：
• University degree or above;
• Around 10 years’ experience in Bank's Consumer assets business;
• Proficiency in Chinese and English;
• Good communication skills, self-motivated and ability to work independently and withstand pressure
