岗位职责

1、参与质量分析、编制质量控制计划，设计质量控制卡,确定质量控制点；

2、确定控制程序和必要的工装，确保过程质量和最终检验的控制；

3、协调相关部门对质量问题进行分析，并监督改善措施的执行情况和效果；

4、持续监控所有质量目标的进展，履行必要的改进措施；

5、负责产品相关质量文件和记录的维护和控制。

任职资格

1. 2年以上电子产品品质管理工作经验；

2. 熟悉工厂生产现场的稽核要点，有驻厂代表类似工作经验者优先；

3. 积极主动、认真负责、具备良好沟通能力、学习能力和团队协作能力；

4. 适应驻厂出差。
