CIM Engineer

工作地点：新加坡

Responsibilities:

·Implement and maintain Computer Integrated Manufacturing (CIM) systems to minimize disruptions to operations & optimize the system performance

·Accountable and responsible for CIM support operations

·Resolve CIM and CIM-related problems encountered and reported

·Lead and Guide Shift AE in Daily Shift Duties

·Conduct CIM training for operation staff

·Participate, gather user requirements, translate to functional specifications, implement fab wide solutions & enhancement projects

·Conduct Acceptance Testing for CIM enhancements and developments to meet user requirement

·Senior CIM engineer apart from above task, need to take on the leadership role in leading a team of CIM engineer in project management and supervision of them

·Senior CIM engineer need to be able to mentor and provide guidance and assistance to new hires and junior staff

EIM :

·Accountable and responsible for the CIM utilization and equipment CIM-hookup of specific assigned fab module(s)

·Define communication specifications of wafer processing equipment to all equipment vendors to the module

·Design, Implement and Enhance EIM to enable Manufacturing to perform operations safely and efficiently

·Test, verify, and accept communication capability of equipment selected for CIM automation

·Develop cell controller to link equipment to host via SECS/GEM/HSMS protocol to eliminate the human error and automate the entire equipment operation scenario

·Familiar with other CIM operations domains (e.g. MES, engineering applications like SPC, R2R, FDC, CMMS, Yield Systems)

MES :

·Support and troubleshoot MES - related problems encountered and reported

·Backup MES disk maintenance and manage the database archiving

·Manage the interface with other CIM system, turnkey interfaces, MCS interface & etc

·Conduct MES system training for operation staff

·Prepare, generate and transfer the MES data output to Yield system, Datamart, Customer Systems and others daily report related to WIP

·Responsible for system upgrade & new scripts development

·Familiar with other CIM operations domains (e.g. EIM, engineering application like SPC, R2R, FDC, CMMS, Datamart, Yield Systems)

Engineering Applications:

·Engineering applications include SPC, R2R, FDC, CMMS & Message bus

·Install, patch, upgrade, enhance, integrate, support, troubleshoot & resolve Engineering Applications related problems encountered and reported

·Application Administration & Tuning: Backups & Restore, health monitoring & alerts, reporting, trending, tuning (including working with DBAs & System Administrators)

·Conduct Application Training for Operation & CIM Staff

·Familiar with other CIM domains (MES, EIM)

Requirements

·Masters/Degree in Computer Science or Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related fields; or relevant education and years of working experiences

·4 to 6 years’ relevant experience in a CIM manufacturing environment

·Good interpersonal and communication skills

·Good team player with strong leadership qualities

·Good analytical and problem solving skills

·Independent and self-motivated
