岗位职责：

1.承担公司在南区市场的全面拓展，组织实施营销推广计划，完成区域的销售目标和利润目标。

2.按照确定的区域发展策略规划、渠道拓展规划、促销策略，组织实施和落实

3.负责区域合作伙伴的建立及销售网络的建设；

4.负责区域内客户管理，协助合作伙伴完成计划任务工作；

5.协助制定公司产品和公司品牌推广方案，并监督执行；

6.有计划的对区域内市场进行调研，总结调研结果；

7.负责区域内突发事件的协调与处理；

8.有良好的成本核算意识，确保销售费用的合理分配与控制

9.完成公司交付的其他临时任务

任职要求：

工作经验： 5年以上快销、高端食品等行业工作经验，3年以上快销、高端食品行业营销管理经验，拥有全国或者大区市场全盘操作经验者优先；

技能技巧 ：

1、 熟练使用WORD、EXCEL等办公软件，熟悉电子商务；

2、 拥有丰富的快消、休闲、高端食品等行业经销渠道、流通渠道、零售渠道、特殊渠道客户开发经验；

3、 拥有丰富的销售团队管理经验及领导才能；

4、 熟悉快消行业相关展会的招展策划、组织、实施细节；

能力要求：

1、有丰富的行业客户及渠道资源，清晰的开拓思路，开发网点能力强；

2、卓越的策划能力和商务谈判能力； 

3、具有较强的营销方案、行政公文写作能力；
