The Requirement:
-Minimum Bachelor / Master Degree in Physic, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Microelectronics
-more than 2 years of working experience in the semiconductor industry.
-Strong device or process integration background with practice on process flow, process steps and recipes, defectivity tools and improvement programs and electrical parameters for process control monitoring (PCM)
-Experience on yield enhancement tools & methodology
-Familiar with different type of technologies like standard and advanced logic, memories, Bicmos, etc.
-Excellent communication ability
-Able to work in a fast pace, cross culture environment.

The Responsibility
-To support process transfer for different types of technologies.
-Interface between wide Company Community in Europe & locally and foundry.
-Highlight and follow up on any process or production problems that deviate from the fab.
-Ensure that roadmap and action plan are complied and Company get constant report and updates
-Propose process improvement as part of the Engineering team
-Ensure that foundries are closing the loop on the prototype forecast and running smoothly
-Support the process/product qualification in foundry fabs.
-Ensure that technical queries are clarified.

Work closely with module to monitor inline lot movement to resolve line issues or to ensure that there is no process issues with lot.
Resolve all process integration issues by ensuring all window checks are done on critical process steps.
Maintain good Cpk for ET and monitor inline SPC parameters for assigned process.
Identify and correct all ET related problems that may affect seamless production.
To work with Customer Engineering (CE) to resolve customer complaints and provide customers with required information. With the help of CE, identify and obtain appropriate information from the customer.
Run a minimum number of lots to identify yield entitlement and set preliminary achievable yield targets.
Correlate ET to sort yield and identify parameters that are sensitive to yield.
Run prototype lots on new processes as defined by the scope of the group right from tapeout to sort.
Write prototype lot report for every new device.
Ensure all runsheets are production worthy, no process SPSRs or TECNs.
To prepare proper transfer documents for YE.
Perform low yield analysis on prototypes if needed.
Run DOE to optimize process integration and to determine the process spec.
Develop custom or derivative processes to customer.
