受新加坡某大型半导体公司委托，招聘赴新加坡半导体IC Design--MTS/ Principal Engineer IP Ecosystem (Analog/Mixed Signal)

Responsibilities:

Manage technical IP development programs with third-party ecosystem partners. Technical development experience in the areas of Analog & Mixed Signal IP development is required.



Principal Functions:

Work with appropriate internal teams to comprehend customers' specific IP requirements and translate these requirements to technical Statement of Works (SOWs) in supporting business agreements with 3rd party IP providers.

Manage and drive the execution of 3rd party IP technical development, ensuring success by exercising best practices, including but not limited to, technology kick-off meetings, weekly program review meetings, design reviews, re-validation of partner design / simulation and silicon validation. Ensure the IP deliveries conform to the design specifications and IP standards requirements

Manage the required actions and activities of IP maintenance with respect to PDK updates and their impact to already developed 3rd party IP.

Provide technical support for process and design enablement deliverables (techfiles, design rule document and etc.) to the 3rd party IP development partner. Verify and resolve PDK and process related technical issues reported by IP vendors before and during the course of development

Participate in weekly internal customer engagement and customer support forums to address any qsuestions or concerns regarding completed and on-going 3rd party IPs.

Collaborate with internal IP QA team to complete QA (design specs, function verifications and etc.) of the IPs'.

Verification, modelling and characterization of Serdes and Analog/ mixed-signal IP blocks such as PLL, LDO, Bandgap, POR etc.

To contribute in the design and development of testbenches, test-plans, verification plans and will be responsible for verification closure of block/chip/system level functions for analog/ mixed signal based IP, especially on SerDes IPs.



Requirements:

Bachelor/ Masters Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics or equivalent.

7 years or more in Analog & Mixed-signal design experience particularly technical development experience in the areas of AMS (Analog & Mixed Signal) IP development.

Familiarity with development/Integration of analog design blocks such as the like of PLLs, PHY/Serdes, LDO, Bandgap, POR, etc.

Knowledge of SERDES and protocols such as PCI Express, XAUI, DDR2/3, SATA-2/3, HDMI, USB 2/3, MIPI D- or M-PHY etc.

Expertise in Verilog-AMS and System Verilog modeling of analog, mixed-signal circuits and systems.

Knowledge of SerDes verification and modeling is preferred.

Proficient in script programming such as TCL, Perl or C-shell languages.

Proven teamwork, good verbal and written communication skills

Relevant experience in Analog & Mixed-Signal and/or ASIC/ SOC design flow is highly desirable.
