职位描述

Main Responsibilities:

· Ensures application and infrastructure architectural solutions are stable, secure, and compliant with Company standards and practices by requiring that project implementation follows the software/infrastructure development methodology; identifying and communicating appropriate criteria to Associates; reviewing solutions; and verifying that solutions support Company business operations.

· Participates in efforts to develop departmental strategies by identifying current and future trends; and communicating to senior management how new strategies support Company business and/or technology objectives. · Provides inputs to budget in area of responsibility by estimating future resource needs (for example, hardware, software, system growth, new programs, staff); addressing over- and under-allocations; and considering financial resources when making decisions.

· Builds and maintains Customer relationships by meeting frequently with Customers to ensure agreement regarding requirements, goals, and objectives; fielding Customer requests and inquiries; serving as a point of contact for Customers; and setting priorities based on Customer expectations.

· Strengthens department leadership by participating in department and corporate meetings; and working with other managers to ensure consistency in quality, training, and overall management of the department.

· Ensures that issues impacting production are escalated and resolved by driving issues to root cause; developing action plans to resolve issues; determining business impact; keeping management and Customers informed; and carrying and continuously checking communication device as needed to ensure issues are resolved promptly.

· Support managing temporary associates, contractor, supplier, and/or 3rd party process by determining competency prior to contracting; reviewing invoices; and confirming that work meets agreed-to terms and conditions.

· Develops team members by evaluating the performance of Associates; mentoring Associates; coaching for success and/or improvement; engaging Associates in career development activities (for example, individual development plan (IDP)); setting expectations for job performance; and ensuring team members receive appropriate training.

· Participates in execution of multiple business plans and projects for GS Technology management by identifying Customer and operational needs; developing and communicating business plans and priorities; identifies barriers and obstacles that impact performance; provides options and solutions to leadership for issue resolution; identifying performance standards; measuring progress and adjusting performance accordingly; and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning.

· Provides supervision and development opportunities for Associates by transferring knowledge and training; assigning duties; establishing performance expectations and conducting regular performance evaluations; coaching for success and improvement; and ensuring diversity awareness.

· Promotes and supports Company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to others in their use and application; ensuring compliance with them; and utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy.

Support initiatives and programs that promote respect for, interest in, and support of associates. Ensures associates are treated in an accepting, respectful manner.
