Internship for Information Solutions

Primary Objective:

It is an internship program for Mercer IS department, starting

from order entry and client service of post-sales, rotation in

several roles, given multiple opportunities to develop yourselves

in professional skills.

You can learn:

1. Business sense of consulting firm.

2. Complete picture of C&B in human resource.

3. Understanding of Mercer methodology in C&B consulting.

4. Soft skills in business operations / professional communication.

Candidates requirements:

1. Attention to details and able to deal with large quantity of data

2. Conscientious of time and quality

3. Effective communication and team work
4. Skills on time management and multi-task processing
5. Highly self-motivated and able to work independently
6. Good phone call etiquette
7. Excellent English skills (speaking, reading and writing)

8. Skilled user of Microsoft Excel and other office series
9. Able to commit at least 3 days per week for 4+ months
