Responsibility

  

? Handle client inquiries on Mercer College programs, assist public workshop marketing and promotion activities, supervise payment process, update client database and launch emailing campaigns.

  

? As learning hotline service agent to respond in-coming call and make effective selling of all learning products.

  

? Assist vendor management for logistics arrangement and assist trainer appraisal and management

? Make outbound sales calls to verify and build new client database opportunities

Requirements

? Bachelor Degree preferred

  

? 1-2 years of experience in HR related fields or 1 year of consulting experience.

  

? Fluency in English

  

? Highly motivated with strong team spirit, good interpersonal skill, and a willingness to learn

  

? Organized and efficient

  

? Commitment to high quality and timely delivery

  

? Computer literacy, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint

  ? Financial knowledge and project management experience
