Basic Responsibilities:
· Support division to drive programs and monitor process, resolve issues and data analysis, manage and lead business projects
· Lead budgeting process and organization structural planning for Intl team
· Facilitate and manage the development of tools to support leverage opportunities across various markets
· Develop regular reports to improve the team and management knowledge of all aspects of the business, research opportunities, analyze alternatives and recommend decisions.
- Drive program and track project progress, to ensure timely follow up/implementation
- Support ad-hoc projects as designated
Requirements:
- Excellent project management, facilitation, time & team management skills
- Proven experience in leading projects, in a cross-functional, multi-site organization. Able to work in a global environment with many different cultures
- Proven change agent, strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to clear articulate concepts and communicate across all levels of the organization
- Excellent interpersonal relations skills, team work with sound negotiation and problem solving skills
- With excellent analytical, critical thinking skills, capable of analyzing data to make sound decision on suitability and effectiveness action plan
- Independent, self motivated and well organized, plus follow through and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail with good integrity and ethics
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc)
- PMP, Lean Six Sigma or other Project management certification a plus
- Basic understanding of sourcing/merchandising process; knowledge on supply chain will be an advantage
