职责描述：
1、Planning, design and implementation of ISP platform (including IP core);
2、Evaluation of network technologies and development of solutions to support ISP services;
3、Operation, performance management and fault management of the ISP platform and services;
4、Serve as a system administrator for backend servers like DHCP, DNS, Web, authentication, Database, switch, router, Load balance, firewall, etc;
5、Operation acceptance of ISP platform and services;
6、Preventative and corrective maintenance including the installation of fix and HW/SW upgrade
7、Formulate network deployment guideline or network implementation / upgrade plan for ISP services rollout, service quality improvement and network evolution;
8、Development and project management for the new equipment, new features and system upgrade;


任职要求：
1、Degree holder in Telecommunication, Engineering or related disciplines with minimum 5 years'relevant experience in ISP design, build and operation；
2、Sound technical knowledge on existing and emerging networking technologies and equipment；
3、Experience in planning, design and implementation of broadband / ISP networks / Wi-Fi networks or large enterprise customer network projects；
4、Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills；
5、Proficient in English and Chinese；
6、Certification requirements:
CCIE Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert
CCNP Cisco Certified Network Professional
CCDP Cisco Certified Design Professional
CISSP Certified Information Systems Security Professional or RHCE Red Hat Certified Engineer
