职责 Responsibilities:

- 对现有客户和潜在客户群体展示并推送我们的产品和服务Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers

- 积极维护客户关系，促成合作 Maintaining positive business relationships with clients and prospects to ensure future sales

- 拓宽获客渠道，积极获客 Reach out to customer leads through cold calling

- 完成季度业绩标准 Achieve quarter sales target

- 不断提高业务水平 Continuously improve through feedback

- 组织协调课程 Coordinate, and organize training activities

- 担任课程翻译 Participate in the trainings, either as an interpreter

你的简历 Your profile :

• 主观能动性强，目标导向，有相关销售经验优先 Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales

• 优秀的沟通能力和谈判能力 Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills

• 优秀的时间管理能力和逻辑执行能力Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills

• 强大的分析能力，可以根据客户需求进行针对性销售 Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs

要 求 Requirements:

• 以中文为母语 Native Chinese speaker

• 英语流利，法语是加分项 Fluent in English, French is a plus

• 商务、市场营销、项目管理及相关专业的本科、硕士毕业生 Bachelor / Master level, specialised in either business, marketing, project management

• 熟练使用Office 软件 Confident with Office Package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

薪酬Salary： 8000-11000元/月 加提成，8000-11000 per month plus commissions, depending on experience.

工作地点位于上海徐家汇附近The position is based in Shanghai, close to Xujiahui

Job description

The company is currently undergoing a developing and growing stage and is looking for a results-driven salesperson / clients relation manager to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. Supervised directly by the director, you will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth and customer acquisition levels. A progressive commission will be paid according to the performances achieved. The person will also attend the trainings given to the clients, may have to be interpreter, and thus have a high chance to improve relevant knowledge in our etiquette fields.
