1. Responsible for developing, testing and delivering passive devices with IPD technology.
2. Directing IPD IC layout and taping out, packaging and testing solution development.
3. Documentation of IPD research, development, delivery and other engineering reports.
4. Keep up with the developing technology, analyze and explore passive device advancement.
5. Provide technical support to SIP, EDA and sales team as necessary.
6. Coordinate and align with internal and external engineering and sales teams to ensure project deliveries.
7. Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in microwave engineering, electromagnetic field theory or related field.
8. Have at least two years of RF/Microwave passive device developing experience.
9. Understanding and proficiency of EM simulation techniques and industry leading tools.
10. Be familiar with RF testing and measurement instrument, capable of trouble shooting.
11. Basic knowledge of wireless systems.
12. IPD device developing experience is a plus.
13. Good problem solving skill and team work spirit.
14. Good written English and oral English is a strong plus.
