WHAT YOU'LL BE UP TO:

1. 跟进总部及国内营销方案的策划及实施，与市场、品牌、零售等部门协同合作，促进营销方案的实施，并监控营销效果及销售；

2. 针对线下零售市场，针对性策划及实施营销方案提升店铺客流及销售；

3. 跟进新零售智慧门店的提升及优化

4. 协调零售运营部门，提升零售门店整体流程及操作；

5. 协助区域经理拓展品牌旗舰店及相关线下活动；

6. 月度营销活动计划及总结；

7. 月度零售市场动向及品牌营销案例报告；

? Work alongside marketing, retail, VM and merchandising to develop effective trade mechanics inclusive of planed global campaign & reactive local campaign (in-store event, workshop etc.).

? Track the holistic review of campaigns and initiatives where appropriate according to the sales report. Setting relevant KPI, measure and analyze the result to enhance the performance

? Develop strong partnerships with cross-functional partners (Operations, Creative, Print Production, Social Commerce, Social Media, Developer, Logistic, Customer Service ) to ensure alignment of marketing messages and flawless in-store execution.

? Coordinate timelines and due dates for all projects and provide cross-functional updates as appropriate on the progress.

? Engage in customer and team member research to help identify customer needs that represent a significant market opportunity and/or revenue potential.

? Collaborate with retail operation team to improve retail store process and training

? Collaborate with regional manager to develop new brand flag stores and events

? Timely deliver proper analysis and evaluation report for all retail marketing campaigns and provide strategic input for continuous improvement

? Constantly seek ways to improve and progress the brand and processes

? Compilation and communication of monthly competitor report

WHAT YOU'RE GREAT AT:

1.University graduated ideally with a major in Marketing or related fields

2.At least 2 years working experience in Marketing, retail marketing with luxury/fashion brands or on relevant roles

3.Excellent communication skills and good command in both English and Mandarin

4.Natural team player and well organizer

5.Challenger with great ownership

6.Positive attitude, presentable, willing to learn

7.Good fashion sense

On a trip halfway across the world, founder Filip Tysander met an intriguing British gentleman with impeccable yet unpretentious style. The *** had a particular fondness for wearing his vintage watches on old, weathered NATO straps. Inspired by his new acquaintance, Filip created his own line of watches - minimalist and refined.
The ***’s name? Daniel Wellington.
