Job Description:

The position is reporting to Finance & Planning Organization and responsible for :

1) Perform account payable and account receivable operations for new client;

2) Responsible to update and advise Geo Finance management about transactional spending and Project development;

3) Work with external vendor and Geodis suppliers to support AR & AP activities;

4) Align with Procurement, Accounting and other operational work-streams ;

5) Work with IT resources to design, evaluate, acquire, and adapt systems for Finance processes (Freight bill validation, archiving);.

6) Assist supervisor to monitor team’s operation KPI;

7) Set up new invoice validation process base on flexible business requirements.

Requirement:

1) Bachelor degree or above ;

2) Profound knowledge of logistics business as well as Logistics contract terminology; good data analysis skill;

3) Experience working in international business environment is added advantage;

4) Good team player;

5) Excellent communication skills with cross function;

6) Willing to take over challenge;

7) Self-motivation, self-discipline, initiative, can endure hardship;

8) Good command of spoken and written English.
