职位描述

Responsibilities

- Develop Hotel Brand Standards, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and oversea Training & Talent

Development focusing on technical aspects for Hotels and Resorts owned or managed by Genting Hong Kong;
- Work closely with the relevant Division Heads / Functional Department Managers to provide technical
advice/support and ensure smooth operations of all Hotels and Resorts owned or managed by Genting Hong Kong;
- Suggest and recommend plans, proposal and introduce improvements to Hotel and Resorts owned or managed

by Genting Hong Kong;
- Review all Standard Operating Procedures, technical plans and checklist relevant to Hotels and Resorts

owned or managed by Genting Hong Kong regularly and propose if there are any necessary changes to the

Senior Vice President - Hotel Operations;
- Monitor and assist to execute the Company's Standard Operating Procedures and communicate Executive
Directives to the relevant departments / Hotels and Resorts owned or managed by Genting Hong Kong;
- Ability to work with details while cognizant of the broader issues and well developed planning and time
management skills allowing management of multiple activities / priorities;
- Support the running day to day operations and monitor upkeep and maintenance of Hotels and Resorts owned or
managed by Genting Hong Kong;
- Work together with the Training & Talent Development of Hotels and Resorts owned or managed by Genting

Hong Kong to develop trained and motivated staffs with overall aim to deliver high quality services;
- Act as a conduit and liaise with other Functional Department Managers / Hotels and Resorts owned or managed

by Genting Hong Kong as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of operational and technical

development in order to ensure they are fully informed of the objectives and achievements;
- Participate in and contribute to Hotels and Resorts owned or managed by Genting Hong Kong operational

plans by openly sharing ideas, information and concerns regards to technical, operations, financial

situation and potential opportunities;
- Handle special projects relating to cost management and feasibility study;
- Monitor project execution pertaining to new hotel construction or renovations;
- Prepare checklists and carry out audit on Hotels and Resorts owned or managed by Genting Hong Kong to

ensure compliance with Hotel Branding Standards, fire life safety requirements and Standard Operating

Procedures;
- Assist Senior Vice President Hotel Operations to ensure annual budgets are in line with the Company's
direction and any matter under his purview;
- Any other duties / assignments assigned from time to time by the Management and Senior Vice President -

Hotel Operations.

Qualification & Experiences

- At least 8 years working experience in a senior position with extensive working knowledge of Engineering
operations preferably in Hotel Industry;
- Completed a 1-2 year certificate or associate's degree program in building maintenance, technology or related
field;
- Proficiency in writing and spoken Mandarin and English;
- Proven record of successful Management Budgeting, Goal Setting and achieving all aspects of Building Services;
- Preferably with prior Hotel or Project Development (Pre-opening and Post Opening) experience;
- High integrity, result oriented, self motivated and able to work independently;
- Familiar with the Local / International Engineering and Construction Legislation;
- Proficient, at an advanced level, with computers and relevant computer programs;
- Communicate with the Government agencies to ensure full compliance with statutory regulations;
- Knowledgeable with the Technical Crisis Management;
- Flexible and willing to accept changes and implement changes and an ability to work across various

cultures is required;
- Able to travel in short notice;
- Position based in Guangzhou and willing to be relocated if required.
