Responsibilities:

1. manage quality team, including QA, QS, IQC, IPQC, FQC, etc, to make sure that products meet client's requirement

2. Implement and complete quality standard, quality tools as well as quality system in the whole plant and train staffs

3. Lead clients Audit as well as social audit

3. Start continuous improvement activities

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, with at least 8-10 years of quality experience in manufacturing industry. quality experience in furniture plants is highly preferred

2. Familiar with quality system ISO9001, 14001, etc as well as all kinds of QC tools

3. Fluent oral English
