1) Customer --- customer request

2) Supplier --- for material request

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

？ Leader of ME team;

？ Take charge full of product process design and improve include RFQ and PDR projects.

？ Continue improve the product process for MP projects.

？ Solve any process case for production in time.

？ Sample making.

？ Sourcing new technology and new process to upgrade product capability.

？ Assist production to achieve all production targets by manager set.

？ Follow 7S program for ME area, create safe and tidy working environment.

？ Kindly communication with relevant department to improve process flow.

？ Appraise, train and develop underling to enhance them competition sense to improve their work efficiency and correct rate.

？ Assist QA team for customer incident investigation and corrective action implementation.

？ Production capacity evaluation.

？ Take LSS projects.

？ Take charge for machine maintenance, tooling, fixture and its improvement.

？ Implement and promote MBM culture in team.

REQUIREMENT:

？ Bachelor degree in Electronics or Mechanics

？ Good communication skills in English; Familiar with computer application.

？ Strong concept on team work

？ 10+ yrs experience in PCBA/FPCA process control area, automotive experience is perfect.
