About the company:

This is a US company products specialized in optical components, modules and subsystems for the core optical products

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

？ Responsible for the Site Capacity Study and Planning, make sure the capacity to meet customer demand and ramp up plan.

？ Lead the site process and efficiency improvement, head count plan and schedule.

？ Overall production layout planning and improvement, line balancing and optimization.

？ Analyse equipment/tooling availability vs. build plan requirement, recommend action plans to mitigate constraints, ensure equipment/tooling capacity are not a limited to support business demand

？ Provide justification and obtain the approval for additional capital expenditure to support additional equipment/tooling purchase request.

？ Follow-up on order delivery and drive set-up schedule.

？ Lead lean activities continuously across the company.

REQUIREMENT:

？ More than five years' experience with bachelor degree or above in IE

？ Fully understand EMS Manufacturing process.

？ Familiar Capacity planning, Headcount plan and Space utilization.

？ Thorough understanding and application experience of the principles and techniques of Lean, including but not limited to VSM, Pull, Flow, SMED, Shop floor management;

？ Good English communication skill is required, familiar with AutoCAD.
