Responsibilities:

1. Lead the quality team and build the Quality Strategy for the whole site

2. Maintain quality system ISO9001, IATF 16949, etc and handle client audit accordingly

3. Solve the client complaints, and lead the continous improvement by cooperating with other functions

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree with major in Engineering or other technical discipline. Masters Degree is a plus

2. Familiar with assembly or testing process, with working experiences in semiconductor manufacturing is a plus

3. Familiar with all kinds of quality tools, such as six sigma,8D, APQP, FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, MSA.

4. Fluent oral and writen Engish, with good leadership
