Key responsibilities:

- Maintain relationships and negotiations with new and existing vendors;

- Responsible for product development in efficient and effective manner;

- Work with Technical, QA, Merchandisers and Mill management team to ensure all commercial decision and standards are met;

- Responsible for the sample development for Work with vendors for development sampling;

- Partner with overseas design team to develop innovative and quality product;

- Partner with factory management, QA and technical teams to resolve fabric or quality issues;

- Resolve issues within a timely manner while working to continuously improve and create internal and external processes and procedures.

Key requirements:

- Experience: 8+ years experiences in Apparels.

- Good relations with facbric factoires nationwide;

- Strong production knowledge, good understanding of textile and materials;

- Fluent in oral and written English;

- Have ability to manage multiple priorities, and flexible to constantly change schedule and priorities;

- Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills;

- Strong problem solving and analytical skills;

- Have strong product development skills;

- With enthusiasm and high motivation at work;

- Well organized, detail follow up, willing to work under pressure;

- Computer skills: Strong computer skills in Excel/Office/PPT/Outlook, etc
