Job summary：

Lead the team develop new and improve existing products that meet or exceed customer expectations. Support Sr. product manager on the strategy projects in development to generate revenue and growth for Business Unit. Sr. product manager to review the method and provide assistance as needed.

Main responsibilities:

· Work with PLM manage the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities

· Prepare and implement go-to-market strategies, ensuring successful launch execution.

· Driving a solution set across development teams (primarily Development/Engineering, and Marketing Communications) through market requirements, product contract, and positioning. Work allocation and team building

· Effectively support the development team throughout development cycles by proactively removing roadblocks that may impact quality of service and on-time delivery.

· As project leader lead PE, ME, automation and QA team continuous improve the product cost structure; standard and simplify the manufacture process and then implement automation approach.

· Partner with product manufacturers to analyse and evaluate new and existing products

Main requirements:

· 5+ years of optical communication industry /product management experience.

· Experience of the project or engineering management.

· Knowledgeable in technology of passive optical communication device and process design.

· Proficient in optical communication product’s process experience .

· Demonstrated ability to analyse information and solve problems with professional solutions.

· Good verbal and written skills for exchange of information in a clear and concise manner.

· Team leadership and coordination ability.
