Main responsibilities:

• Facility system management & project management;
• Plan and implement PM according to equipment specification, to ensure all energy equipment in good condition.
• Initiate improvement action on facility equipment in terms of cost saving, usage ratio, stability, etc;
• Be responsible to maintain clean room environment, take quick action to comply with customer audit;
• Comply with EHS requirements, manage extinguishing system and chemical storage system;
• To drive and complete facility project with timing manner as well as budget control;

 

Main requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechatronics/Mechanical/Energy engineering or related field;
• Above 8 years in facility management relevant work experience;
• Familiar the water supply and drainage, electrical, and HVAC and other related professional knowledge;
• Prefer to hold special operation qualification certificate;
• Good English communication skill at listening, writing and speaking;
