Our client is a global leading brand in sports products industry. HQ in US.

Key Responsibilities:

This position is responsible to formulate, recommend and implement worldwide sourcing, planning, and manufacturing policies and programs that guide the company in maintaining and improving its competitive position and profitability.

Functions include production operations, quality assurance, lean initiatives, distribution operations, procurement of materials, services, and finished goods to include strategic partnering or purchasing of any of the above functions. This position establishes quality delivery and cost objectives for production operations in fulfillment of corporate goals.

Participates in overall corporate strategy development and implementation for areas of responsibility.

Key Requirements:

? Minimum of 10 years’ experience in manufacturing environment including five years of operational global leadership experience.

? Experience with Chinese manufacturing and sourcing

? Experience with transportation, inventory management, global sourcing, and international logistics

? Experience with operating a supply chain that combines mass retail, specialty shops, and E-Commerce preferred

? Experience with relocating functions from the US to China preferred

? Demonstrated negotiation and management skills
