Our client is a fast growing company and seeking a Director of Organizational Development to drive overall development strategy for the company.

    

This individual will lead a team to design, create and implement talent development, competency model, talent acessment programs. He/she will work with business leaders to evaluate and understand status quo of the group to define a development strategy that will be implemented over coming few years.

    

    

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with the Company business to define organizational structure and learning opportunities including enhancements to current programs.
• Focus on aligning organizations with their rapidly changing and complex environments through organizational learning, knowledge management and transformation of organizational norms and values.
• Advise, coach, and counsel business leaders on talent management
• Work closely with business leaders to develop, initiate and maintain effective programs for workforce retention, development, promotion and succession planning.
• Responsible for a substantial financial budget and will drive to ensure budget requirements are maintained

                        

    

    

QUALIFICATIONS

    

Bachelor's degree required, Masters in Business Administration or Organizational Development is preferred

    

Minimum 5 years relevant Organization & Development / Talent Management.

    

Strong interpersonal communication skills
