Work Description: Assist the General Manger in

A：Purchase

B: Merchandiser

C: Administration

Responsibility:

- Be familiar with the order processing procedure operation;

- Be familiar with Purchase procedures and process.

- Using ERP system creating purchase orders;

- Prepare shipping documents and assist with logistics related to order shipment;

- Manage and coordinate with QC and logistic inside company;

- Communicate directly between supplier and chase for delivery time. Make sure PO will be finished on time;

Requirement:

-1-2 years working experience;

- Familiar with office software (like Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT);

- Well organized and detail oriented ;

- Good negotiate and Coordination ability, careful and active;

- Good team work;

Extra Requirement (Help full but not mandatory):

-Have Technical understating and drawing reading.
