职位描述
Main responsibilities:
· Formulate and develop local compensation and benefits plans, policies and procedures。
· Work with APS C&B COE team to evaluate compensation and benefits trends. Conduct market data and benchmark surveys to ensure market competitiveness of all compensation and benefits offerings. Conduct on company C&B competitiveness in local market research to ensure the ability of attracting and retaining talents。
· Account monthly payroll and analyse labour cost, provide sufficient suggestions for management decisions to keep the competitive level。
· Formulate strategy to identify training & development needs. Set up and implement training system, goal, policy, process to support business and people development objectives。
· Improve and optimize the training system of company。
· Provide Effective Learning & Development solutions to internal customers。
· Establish good relationship with professional consulting company to get high quality resources to update people and organization development concept or trend。
Main requirements:
· Bachelor degree in management/HR discipline。
· At least 8 years’ management experience in HR field in Large Multinational corporation。
· Good planning /organizing and communication skills.
· Strong sense of statistics.
· In-depth knowledge in the labour law and its application
· Good capability at Microsoft office and HRIS /OA system/ Skill information System.
· Good oral & written communication skills in both English and Chines
