职位描述
SMT技术员岗位职责：
（雅马哈机器，三条线，长白班）
1、对要上线的产品做程序、分机台、出站位表。调机贴装胶纸板（自检如有手改的地方及时修改机器上面的程序同步）
2、检查操作员印刷的锡膏板，并在胶纸板核对无误后跟踪***块锡膏板的贴装情况，与胶纸板核对。
3、确认操作员测试出来的炉温是否达到要求；对贴装及焊接的不良进行改善；优化程序让机器效益***化。
4、对操作员、印刷员进行培训；安排确认机器设备的日、周、月保养；机器设备治工具故障的维修并记录。
5、解决印刷员、操作员不能胜任的工作，随时查看机器的抛料情况，对机器抛料要做到严格的管控。
6、作为技术员要有很强的责任心，不但会调机，更要严格去控制效率和品质，遇到问题及时处理，每小时巡查修理位和QC的报表并对异常问题做出改善措施，对品质，组长提出的问题要认真对待，并主动解决，善于主动去发现问题，弄清楚问题的原因所在，并尽快解决，监督工人操作方法是否正确，如不正确要使之规范化。
7、完成主管交代其它工作任务。
